LeafLink is seeking an experienced Head of Product & Engineering to join our fast-growing team. In this role you will be responsible for managing LeafLink Financial’s development of a best-in-class payments & credit management platform that will allow brands and retailers to transact through the LeafLink platform. This role will require you to digitize processes that allow cannabis operators to easily manage their accounts receivable and accounts payable operations in addition to streamlining back end processing of credit applications, underwriting procedures, payment processing and reporting. This role is highly collaborative, requires creative thinking, product management and development expertise, and an understanding of all product offerings and platform features on LeafLink with a focus on our financial services offerings. This role will require you to interface directly with our executive, finance, client experience, sales, marketing, and engineering teams. You need to be a self-starter who is comfortable with change, enjoys a very fast pace, and can juggle many tasks and deadlines.
