Find, engage and activate passive candidates.
Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns.
Identify, define and implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency and achieve target performance metrics.
Utilize data to report key hiring and pipeline metrics to stakeholders, proposing data-driven solutions to drive results.
Build close partnerships with Turbo’s Sales Leadership Team to deeply understand their teams, hiring needs and strategic business objectives.
Lead targeted senior level searches and provide support to the recruiting team and hiring managers, as needed.
