Sales System Administrator (Salesforce)

Owning and managing the entire Sales stack: Salesforce and its integrated tools (Hubspot, SalesLoft, DocuSign, QuickBooks, ZoomInfo, and more).
Partnering with leadership to recommend solutions for business needs based upon ongoing research into new system features and functionality.
Effectively managing multiple projects including project timelines, resource allocation, communication, risk identification/ management and other issues.
Researching, recommending, installing, and integrating internal tools/software into Remesh's technical environment, as needed.
Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards within Salesforce and/or other BI tools.
Managing the Salesforce integration with our back-end database.
Ensuring business system environments are properly updated and maintained.
Managing ongoing administrative functions such as user maintenance, data cleanup, and process automations.
Developing and communication training for users regarding system usage, releases and enhancements.
Maintaining end-user guides, release notes and all support documentation- including tracking bugs, enhancements and features.
