Organizing educational programs and training activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.
Ensuring short-term and long-term goals are achieved through the programs developed.
Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
Managing a project team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities, including technical and non-technical members, internal and external contributors.
Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality and team member performance.
Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
Analyzing program risks.
Working on implementing the strategic tasks together with the marketing team.
Conducting research in the educational/learning areas, latest learning processes and techniques, reskilling methods, learning system used, etc. and applying these to the training programs developed.
Building a strong understanding of the UiPath ecosystem including technology, delivery and business model, in order to design effective educational programs and learning initiatives.
