As a Product Designer, you are a generalist who spans many design disciplines: user research, information architecture, prototyping, ideation, interaction design, and sometimes visual design. You will visit our users, listen, investigate, learn, and ideate. You know that form informs function and usability—that the surface layer doesn’t exist in a vacuum. Sometimes we’re out in front, exploring brand-new problem spaces, figuring out what to build, and sometimes you’re deep in the details of micro-interactions, figuring out how to build it. You lead feature teams in design exercises ranging from day-long design studios to week-long design sprints.

As an Instructional Designer within the Field Enablement team you’ll specialize in creating compelling training content that helps employees easily understand even the most complex and technical topics. You’ll fight back against the scourge of overwhelming PowerPoint presentations with nothing but painfully detailed bullet points. Instead, you’ll think about how to make training into an interactive and engaging experience that breaks complex topics into digestible pieces. More than anything - you’ll put your audience and their diverse learning styles at the center of everything you build.

We’re the visual storytellers for branding, marketing, presentations, and events. Our mandate is broad: you'll create everything from brands for high-profile events to diagrams that explain our technology to videos that tell our most important stories. Along the way, you'll learn new skills that will help you realize your vision, whether that means picking up new software to drive animations or designing a new way to collect feedback.
