Talent Acquisition Engagement Marketing Associate at The Trade Desk
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

As the Engagement Associate, you will play a critical role in telling The Trade Desk story across multiple recruitment channels, leveraging candidate-facing marketing communications, social media strategies, and videos to convey what makes working here so special. The goal will be to attract candidates who not only share our mission and work-style, but will ultimately feel this is the place they’ll grow their careers.



WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Identify the pulse of the talent market, and develop and execute a global talent acquisition marketing strategy across our international markets (in the US, EMEA, Asia & Australia), and competitive talent segments (university, executive, engineering, etc.)
  • Gain a deep understanding of the Trade Desk story, technology, the Talent Acquisition process, and short and long-term company vision, and immerse yourself as a core cultural contributor
  • Enhance, maintain, and promote our employer brand & voice, highlighting differentiators, our incredible company culture, unique history, and employee experience
  • Collaborate with the internal marketing team, your fellow Talent Acquisition teammates, hiring stakeholders, and PR firms to create content, campaigns, and other engagement programs that align with the business strategy (People of Programmatic, Ad Campaigns, etc.)
  • Create engaging and targeted collateral & presentation decks (university recruiting, speaking engagements, meetups, in house events, etc.)
  • Manage the internal Talent Acquisition newsletter & Confluence Page, and help coordinate internal referral jams and recruiting events
  • Identify interesting and appropriate speaker engagement and conference opportunities
  • Monitor and manage responses to the talent market on candidate experience; analyze trends and propose solutions to the applicable teams
  • Identify metrics & measure effectiveness of the programs and campaigns, refine, repeat
  • Other engagement and Talent Acquisition duties as assigned
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
  • Bachelor’s degree (English / Marketing / related majors)
  • Experience driving marketing strategy and programs (preferably for a tech company)
  • Superior written and oral communication skills (English required, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese, German, Spanish, or French a plus) - you notice grammatical inconsistencies immediately
  • Ability to prioritize work, set expectations, and meet deadlines
  • Inherent desire to collaborate and support projects across teams
  • Experience managing social media channels and campaigns to reach a desired audience
  • Knowledge of Photoshop and design principles
  • Copywriting/blog writing experience
  • Global perspective & mindset, and excitement to work with a multi-cultural teams & audiences
  • Meticulous attention to detail and quality assurance
  • Must be able to work independently and automously
  • Interest or experience in Talent Acquisition is a plus
