We are hiring a Senior Account Manager to manage enterprise accounts, build deep customer relationships, and drive up-sells. You will be responsible for ensuring our customers succeed on their hiring priorities and developing a deep understanding of their goals goals and objectives. You will need to form relationships with stakeholders across a variety of business units, manage a range of requests, and communicate priorities to our customer success team. You’ll also work with our product team to implement customer feedback and ideas as we continue to build out our product suite. The role involves high levels of ownership and prioritization, as well as some travel.We are looking for candidates with the following:
6+ years of account management, customer success, or sales experience
3+ years of account management experience
2+ years being primarily responsible for driving renewals and expansions
Experience managing enterprise SaaS accounts
Strong history of quota attainment
Early stage startup experience
