Sales Enablement Manager

Role Responsibilities:

We are looking for a passionate, data-driven Sales Enablement Manager to help drive organizational alignment, accelerate new hire performance ramp, and improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the sales and service team. This role will help lead initiatives across our three sales enablement programs: onboarding, new hire performance ramp, and ongoing sales effectiveness.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ongoing analysis of the current state of sales productivity in conjunction with Sales Operations
  • Partnering on the optimization and execution of our three sales enablement programs: onboarding, new hire performance ramp, and ongoing sales effectiveness
  • Support the development, delivery, and training of sales playbooks
  • Drive, in a measurable way, significant sales productivity increases for the sales and service teams
  • Participate in the selection and implementation of technology used by the sales team to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Regularly spend time with managers and reps to understand their needs and evolving market demands
  • Cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, and product to drive results

Candidate Requirements:

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience within a high-growth organization, FinTech experience a plus
  • Deep passion for sales, coaching, and professional development
  • Excellent listening and communication skills (written and oral)
  • Highly organized with proven project management skills
  • Ability to collaborate with different teams and personalities
  • Ability to break down complex problems in a simplified way
