About the role
As the Director of Channels & Alliances, you will be responsible for managing our current partnerships as well as developing new ones. You will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and implementing partnerships to drive Teampay’s bottom line.
This role includes working with Sales & Marketing on distribution partnerships to increase sales, strategic alliances to enhance our awareness & positioning, and interfacing with our Product Development team on integrations that expand our capabilities.
You will support existing partners to achieve performance targets, and manage a pipeline of new partners, working closely with Teampay’s executive team on prioritization.
Some of what we are looking for includes:
Previous experience with B2B SaaS business development, sales, channels or partnerships is necessary
A history of negotiating and closing deals
A clear understanding of competitive strategy and related market frameworks
The ability to work creatively to problem-solve, yet assess performance analytically
Confidence, charisma and trustworthiness to represent Teampay externally
A history of working cross-functionally with multiple departments to achieve results, including Sales, Marketing and Product
A desire to build long-term, mutually beneficial business relationships
