Enablement Process Manager

This Enablement Manager is dedicated to supporting international and ODX partners in all Sales and Marketing platform-oriented initiatives. Manager will support Marketo email campaign strategy & set-up; sales enablement tools as appropriate (Dialer, ExecVision, LeanData, Outreach); and sales effectiveness initiatives as appropriate. Also helps with migrations and integrations for new platforms (Support Canada on post M&A systems integrations and migrations; ODX Marketo and Marketing Cloud for partners).

As a Enablement Process Manager at OnDeck, you will:

  • Manage International (AUS/CAN) Enablement System and Support Requests
    • Represents partners as ‘Voice of International’ for Enablement Tech new initiatives (ie Marketo, LeanData, Outreach Cadence)
      • Defines requirements for International teams
      • Demos new capabilities for international partners
    • Owns full pre-prioritization process (Submitted, In Review, Req. Gathering, Ready)
      • Supports stakeholders on all requirement gathering for each request, manages procurement of relevant approvals and assets to initiate work
      • Works with stakeholder to define KPIs & reporting needs for each request
      • Works with stakeholders to prioritize outstanding requests (per country), & advocates for top priority international stakeholder asks at monthly stakeholder meetings
    • Responsible for all intake, tracking, communications & updates on International work
    • Manages relationship with Enablement team on project queue and works with enablement tech on execution of marketing and sales initiatives
    • Meets monthly with stakeholders to review outstanding requests, prioritization and roadmap; provides updates on requests/projects and keeps teams across countries informed about relevant work streams (i.e. ensure US initiatives are communicated to international teams and adopted as appropriate)
  • Manage ODX Requests, primarily for partner Chase but others as needed
  • Owns full pre-prioritization process (Submitted, In Review, Req. Gathering, Ready)
    • Works with stakeholder on all requirements for each request
  • Coordinates QA testing with stakeholder & Enablement Tech
  • Helps facilitate migration of any ODX processes on ODL tools to ODX tools
  • Manage IRF Process for team requests
  • Adds Request to Backlog & creates JIRA ticket to track request
  • Partners with Enablement team on prioritizations and project timelines

Necessary qualifications for success:

  • 3+ years working in a technical, product management or operational systems-oriented role; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Familiarity with email management platforms and Salesforce; other CRM tools a bonus
  • Experience in documenting business and functional requirements for new initiatives
  • Expert project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on achieving business results
  • Team player excited to help partners roll out new capabilities and organizational processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships and working effectively with teams in remote locations
