An Insider's view of Catchpoint

What are some social events your company does?

Through our Catchpoint On-point Series, we host exciting and interesting events for employees on a monthly basis. In the past we’ve done a terrarium building class, a karaoke night, and most recently a paint and sip class. These events are a great way for Catchpointers to socialize outside of our normal work hours and have some fun while doing so!

How do you empower your team to be more creative?

In early 2016, we decided to launch our first companywide Hackathon. Our hackathons are unique in that we give teams a full week, a sprint to build their idea. We have had several features added to our product, along with cross-company processes and business plans that were all born out of our hackathons.
