Meero is looking for a Mac (& PCs) Technician.
True manager of Meero's computer park and ambassador of our IT France in NY, your missions, if you accept them, will be :
Install and deploy Macs, PCs and all kinds of hardware with a wire (or not)
Perform day-to-day management of user accounts and requests
Anticipate and prepare the onboarding of our new Meeronautes
Provide technical support (level 1 and/or 2)
Track orders, returns, and juggling of all kinds
Contribute to the good management of the park and the assets (hard, soft, network, etc ...)
Write and update simple and effective tutorials
Carry out the expected reports
Coming from an IT training or self-taught, 100% mac & 100% PC (or wish to become one), you already have several significant experiences allowing you to adapt to the job quickly.
You are rigorous and love to help others and bring them practical solutions in record time.
You are eager to learn, pass on knowledge and advise and serve the users.
