An Insider's view of Covera Health

What's something quirky about your company?

When we were thinking of how to design informative town halls we felt it was important to make it creative and fun. At the first one we ever had at 15 people, our presenters jogged out to Eye of the Tiger- since then it's evolved to include catering, decorations, and even costumes! It's become a highlight of the month that everyone looks forward to

How do you empower your team to be more creative?

When working on a project with my team, I try not to be too prescriptive with exactly how I think we should solve a problem. I’ve found that when people have the freedom to come up with their own ideas, their solutions and work products are often better than what I was originally imagining, which leads to better results for our entire team!
