Agent Success Coordinator - Manhattan

As a member of our Agent Success team, the Agent Success Coordinator will support the intricacies of Compass’s agent facing teams. The role focuses on supporting Agent Success Managers in efficiently delivering a quality experience to new agents. As Agent’s join Compass, our internal teams work with leaders across each department to ensure that we are equipped to serve the Agent’s needs. You have the unique opportunity to improve our existing process as we expand to new markets. The team is an integral part of the Agent Management and Operational efforts at Compass.

At Compass You Will:

-Work quickly and effectively on a specific book of tasks related to and agent onboarding process
-Support the Agent Success department, executing tasks and assisting with troubleshooting technology, processes, and systems
-Prepare and process new agent transfer paperwork and new agent orientation materials; Create, manage and maintain agent files
-Collaborate with other departments regarding their involvement in the transition process for new agents
-Utilize Compass' technology platform to prep important documentation needed for an agent's first day at Compass
-Provide initial, basic support for Agents needing assistance: Solving lower level technical issues, explaining known problems, and escalating when necessary.
-Place orders to vendors and facilitate delivery
-Assist with other related clerical duties as required by the team
-Assist with ad-hoc projects depending on needs of the Agent Success team

What We're Looking For:

-B.A. or B.S. degree
-0-2 years of years of Customer Service and/or Hospitality experience
-Ability to use technology systems and learn new processes quickly
-Impeccable attention to detail and problem-solving skills
-Strong written and verbal communication
-Highly organized; Ability to multitask and handle multiple deadlines simultaneously
-Comfortable supporting clients in-person and virtually, in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
-Continuous desire to improve existing processes
-Self-starter attitude and ability to exercise judgment and problem-solve with minimal supervision
