VP, Brand Partnerships

Reporting to our Chief Marketing Officer, the Vice President of Brand Partnerships will be responsible for driving the company’s growth through building out (from scratch) and executing a brand partnerships strategy. We are looking for a Brand Partnerships thought leader who can raise the market awareness of Freshly’s value proposition; facilitating & securing brand partnerships through innovative marketing
The VP of Brand Partnerships will focus on developing a bundling strategy, nurturing new relationships, and building out a team to assist in executing strategy, as well as influencing the product roadmap based on market insights.


  • Build a Brand Partnerships function from the ground up.
  • Raise market awareness of Freshly's value proposition.
  • Develop a bundling strategy.
  • Manage inbound requests for brand partnerships.
  • Develop a innovative marketing & partnerships programs to drive revenue & growth.
  • Manage relationships with senior partners and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Negotiate complex commercial, legal and technical terms internally and externally.

About You:

  • 12+ years of experience.
  • 3-5+ years of experience within a brand partnerships leadership role.
  • Proven experience leading a brand partnership organization that resulting in measurable revenue growth.
  • Experience building a Brand Partnerships practice and coming up with bundling strategies from scratch.
  • Must have an understanding of what kind of brands will share our mission.
  • Growth and data oriented - this is a clear revenue channel for us and this function will be accountable to add net new Freshly users with a specific CAC.
  • An MBA is highly preferred.
