Fall Customer Success Intern

About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Customer Success Intern to help support our Customer Success team, and ultimately our hospitality operators.
What You'll Do
- Assist with the onboarding experience for our partnership programs by working with restaurants to create content for their SevenRooms profiles
- Researching venues for target lists
- Help provide support to our clients and venues
- Work with team on data analysis and client reporting
Who You Are
Outstanding written and oral communication skills
Ability to juggle multiple questions and requests at once, practicing excellent follow through techniques
Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving abilities
Highly-collaborative, positive, go-getter attitude
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
