Turbonomic is seeking a Technical Sourcer to focus on Identifying and engaging world class talent for our engineering team.
About you: You have proven your ability to source and engage with top engineering talent in a competitive landscape. You are genuinely curious about technology and can share some of your favorite tech blogs. You have a knack for figuring things out and are consistently seeking better ways to deliver your work. You simply get things done and have fun doing it.

What You will Do

  • Source and attract passive candidates to build an engaged pipeline for current and future engineering positions
  • Learn our technology to become an expert in messaging and articulating Turbonomic’s vision and positions within our engineering team.
  • Partner with senior recruiters to generate ideas, leverage resources and share information that creates an effective and innovative search process.
  • Utilize your technology knowledge to think outside the box of where you engage potential candidates.
  • Screen candidates against position specifications and facilitate discussions with engineering leadership and senior recruiters
  • Provide a great candidate experience at every step.
  • Represent Turbonomic at tech events, meetups and career fairs.
  • Maintain ATS integrity (We use Lever) and contribute to consistently improving our branding

What You'll Bring

  • 1+ years of recruiting/sourcing/search firm experience focusing on Technical sourcing
  • Foundational knowledge of a tech stack
  • Intellectually curious and self-motivated to learn technology or new sourcing avenues
  • Savvy with social media, various technology sites and have desire to help build Turbonomic’s brand
  • Flexibility and ability to shift direction in a fast-paced environment
  • Impeccable communication skills – especially written
  • BS degree

These aren’t small features either… you’re managing some of the most impactful features that will bring a tremendous amount of value to enterprise customers across the globe. It’s not common to be able to walk away with that level of impact.

How has your career grown since starting at the company?

My career has grown quite a bit since joining. I joined Turbonomic as a Marketing Associate and was quickly promoted to Marketing Manager within my first 8 months due to the projects I took initiative on. I was then offered a new role as Brand Marketing Manager a year later because the company had a need for it and it's been a ride since then!

What’s the vibe like in the office?

The office is very relaxed, but with constant collaboration happening all around. There is xbox, table tennis, puzzle stations and a lot of break out areas for quiet work. Everyone is extremely friendly and always willing to help out with any project you're working on, this includes our founders/execs. Overall, it's supportive and challenging.
