Recruiter (Contract)

| Greater NYC Area
Role:
As a Contract Recruiter, you will be focused on full life cycle recruiting for our real estate operations team in Texas. You may also be supporting our engineering hiring efforts. This role will be based in our New York office. This is a 6 month contract with the potential to extend further.
Responsibilities: 
• Identify top talent through multiple tools and resources
• Work directly with hiring managers to recruit talent
• Candidate experience is top of mind; you will be guiding candidates through the recruiting life-cycle by being highly responsive with candidate communications and elevating candidate experience onsite
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of Sourcing / Recruiting experience required
• Tech recruiting experience strongly preferred
• Critical thinking skills to problem-solve, multi-task and prioritize
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to develop, structure, and execute hiring strategies
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Familiarity with Google Hire and LinkedIn is a plus
