Payroll Administrator

At Domio, we’re building a technology-powered residential and hospitality brand startup backed by top VCs. We have properties in many markets across the country and are growing fast. We are now looking to add a Payroll Administrator to our growing workforce. This is the first payroll administration role for the company and will have the opportunity to build and shape the process for a scaling company. The right candidate must be willing to get their hands dirty and be comfortable with changing priorities. The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for timely processing of bi-weekly payroll and benefits for all employees in an organized and accurate manner.

At Domio You Will:

  • Coordinate and process bi-weekly payroll for all contractors and hourly & salaried employees across multiple entities
  • Review timesheets for accuracy/completeness and calculate time worked
  • Maintain employee payroll records
  • Receive and process deductions and garnishments
  • Prepare manual payroll checks as required
  • Serve as point of contact to employees and supervisors with routine payroll inquiries as appropriate 

Who You Are:

  • Minimum 3 years payroll administration experience (Multi state/entity)
  • Highly organized, adaptive, comfortable in fast paced environment
  • High attention to detail
  • Technology savvy
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
