Ensure new hires are progressing and ramping to plan.
Assist in building upon the foundation of Justworks Sales Academy and corresponding materials.
Deploy a blend of traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc).
Create, administer and track training modules in LMS.
Assist in building a culture of training and enablement throughout the organization.
Periodically conduct ongoing training of experienced salespeople.
Coach, mentor and develop salespeople at all levels.
