You will actively drive Celonis’ expansion and work in project teams to kick-start our customers’ process mining journey. You will make digital business processes transparent and harmonize our customers’ gigantic data flows by using our Celonis Process Mining Technology and by applying the most up-to-date extraction and transformation methods. You are involved in implementation projects with process data of varying degrees and complexity and for customers across industries.
After the successful evaluation and preparation of the process data, you connect the respective on-premise/ Cloud systems with our software. You extract and transform customers’ data and design process- and customer-specific analyses.
Over the course of our projects, you expertly handle our customers’ individual needs and actively participate in customer workshops.
Partner with stakeholders across the organization to identify high-impact opportunities to leverage our extensive data to better serve our members.
Develop predictive and other machine-learned models to enhance and optimize user engagement and experience.
Perform exploratory and targeted analyses to understand the data, the problem, and to generate insights, such as novel features, that can be fed into our models.
Work with the rest of the team, and with our consumers and partners in dev and product, to implement and ship production-level code.
Explore and assess utility and potential of additional data sources, APIs, and methods (spanning areas such as statistics, deep learning, and natural language processing).
Motivate and mentor other data scientists to grow their skills and careers.
Peer review other data scientists' contributions.
Translate product and business objectives to data science problems and vice versa.
Define and report key performance metrics.
Develop methodologies in sampling, A/B testing, and survey design.
Apply statistical inference to draw rigorous conclusions from data.
Use a combination of exploratory analysis and data mining techniques to identify and interpret trends and anomalies.
Communicate results and make actionable recommendations to stakeholders in Product, Marketing, and Community.

The Media Science Data & Analytics Coordinator is a critical role within the Media Strategy and Analytics (MSA) team. The position will work with the acquisition and retention groups within MSA to help prepare data for conversion analytics, track media effectiveness, and help to make data more accessible. The role will help to ingest, clean, validate and organize data in a way that makes the media planning process more automated and will allow insights to be drawn out more easily.
You’ll work with the Global Data Science Team Lead, data & analytics team, data engineering team, and business stakeholders to manage development, refinement, and scaling of data products. Therefore, this role requires strong technical and communication skills, creativity and attention to detail, experience managing data scientists, and experience managing data science projects from end-to-end – from use case definition to final product delivery.
We are looking to hire a Database Engineer to help manage and scale our NoSQL / key-value database systems. You should have experience working with high-scale, low-latency NoSQL technology. If you have specific experience with Aerospike, that is a big plus but is not essential. You will love learning new technologies and figuring out the most efficient ways to manage multiple database clusters, hundreds of hosts, and millions of operations per second (in aggregate).
