Lead day to day facilities operations including food service, mail & packages, security and general maintenance.
Successfully handle facilities operations budgets, manage moves, adds, and changes, as well as provide strategic and day to day vendor management for operations, supplies, and services.
Establish, implement, and monitor team and office policies and procedures, including security, emergency response and safety programs.
Liaison with property management for operations and maintenance issues.
Assist with and/or leads special projects, including new construction, office refurbishments, and major maintenance initiatives.
