Solutions Architect

You will work in our Chelsea office in NYC as part of the Customer Success team. You will be leading implementations with technical and non-technical customers alike, ensuring the stensul platform is properly configured to drive maximum impact at the beginning of the partnership and throughout their lifecycle. You will be working with customers both pre- and post-sales to define their specifications, functionality, and workflows to ensure they are successful; working cross-functionally between Customer Success Managers, Product, and Development. Additionally, you act as the technical go-to for our Solutions Consulting team during the sales process, and the Customer Success team for existing customers looking to add features, functionality, and design to their stensul instance.

Sales Development Manager

You will work in our Chelsea office in NYC and build, train, coach, and lead your team of quota achieving SDRs. You are a fearless leader who will take our SDRs to the next level, driving ICP qualified outbound and inbound enterprise leads for sales. You need to understand the buyer, what their motivations and pains are, at the enterprise companies we sell to. You bring experience, know what it means to be scrappy, measure everything, and love moving the needle. You must have prior experience as a high performing SDR in B2B enterprise SaaS. If you have some experience as a team lead, even better. Our plan is to have you start the first 6 months as a manager while also prospecting (to learn the ropes), and then to step back completely into the manager role.

Generating qualified leads through networking and cold outreach. Owning the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing and payment. Own content creation and manage the company blog. Put metrics in place to measure audience growth and engagement. Manage a 90-day content calendar that outlines the specific materials that we will publish across all channels. Manage our social media presence, including building and executing influencer marketing and social strategy. Create and maintain a portfolio of marketing materials and sales enablement content that support the company’s overall marketing strategy and ensure consistency with brand voice. Assist in demand generation campaigns across email, webinars, downloadable content, etc.
