How do you collaborate with other teams in the company?
Sales collaborates with both pre-sales and post-sales (client services) to ensure that the clients' needs are understood, addressed during the sales process, and communicated to the team responsible for on-boarding and servicing the client to ensure a seamless transition from prospect to client.
