The successful candidate will be creative and adept at working in a fast-paced environment where their thoughts and input are highly valued. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing UX experiences and API flow diagrams in several different media formats ranging from PowerPoint to Adobe Illustrator to InVision (or other prototyping tool) to video. The Graphic Designer will also design and create assets that illustrate the value of Payfone's products through presentations, videos, the Payfone website, and other document types.

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will provide all product marketing support and materials for your product portfolio to sales and business development teams, across different market segments and to external parties such as prospects, partners and analysts. You will work closely with the respective Product Manager(s) to maximize product revenue growth through effectively distilling value propositions from product features. The focus will be on creating innovative product positioning, messaging, buyer persona profiles, key benefits and understanding the detailed reasons behind wins and losses. You will be responsible for managing the launch of multiple products, coordinating with extended international teams to achieve a successful launch. The Sales Engineer will help potential clients understand how Payfone’s products can solve their business challenges. You will spend time meeting and speaking with clients, conducting product demonstrations, gathering feedback, and capturing the business and technical requirements of a solution to our clients’ problems.  You will be successful here if you can think outside-the-box and take a creative approach to solving our client’s largest problems. This position will require lots of face-time with potential clients, which will include travel to our client offices around the US. The Sales Engineer should be comfortable speaking with Payfone’s leadership and presenting to stakeholders of all levels at client organizations.
