What are some social events your company does?
Twice a year, we close daily Custora operations so we can build stuff as a team. Like traditional hackathons, there's a time limit, and at the end of the 24-hours, we get together and share what we've made. What projects are you most excited about?
Growing the company in a sustainable way and thinking about how to continuously bring in diverse talent and perspectives that will not only create the best work environment but also build the best products and experiences for our customers.

How has your career grown since starting at the company?
I joined Custora after having spent time in finance and consulting. While I joined on Success team, just a year in, I was encouraged to follow my passion for product development. The ability to map your own career trajectory and have such a big impact makes Custora an amazing place to come to work every day!
What unique initiatives do you have that encourage innovation?
Our product development process at Custora encourages innovation across multiple teams, not just engineering and product. Team members across the org have the ability to pitch product and development initiatives which we get to vote on and decide as team what gets built and what get prioritized.
What does career growth look like on your team?
Career growth at Custora is very customized but also a big priority into how we develop. As a part of new hire on-boarding, you have the ability to build a career map and work with your manager on creating goals and outcomes.
