This Sunday, HR software maker

We're in the heart of downtown, just steps away from the major transportation hubs of Fulton Center and The Oculus, nearby tons of great lunch spots!

It may not be the one America talks about around the water cooler on Monday — it foregoes the tear jerking, gut busting and jaw dropping trademarks that keep us on the couch for commercial breaks during the game.

But the spot successfully explains how a business could benefit from using Namely for HR, which is a bold move in a parade of more entertaining consumer ads.

The video was posted to Namely’s YouTube channel in October and has received more than 1,000 views.

Back in 2012, Namely launched with a mission to streamline HR processes. Differentiating itself from other HR powerhouses like Zenefits, Namely solely focuses on helping small to midsized companies grow their businesses. The company has an $182 million valuation, and we think they're a startup worth keeping an eye on this year
