Company Reviews

Many companies talk about culture, user-focus, and disruption, but few live up to those lofty ideals in the day-to-day. Stash is one of the select few innovating on every front: opening the stuffy, archaic financial sector to the underserved, pushing for more diversity of ideas and backgrounds, and creating a high-paced, delivery-based culture. From the first moment I walked into the Stash office, I felt like I was part of a family and I knew I would be a part of history.

The engineering team at Stash is the best I've seen. As a developer, it's so satisfying using modern tech to tackle big problems that haven't been solved before. This is a place where every challenge is met with an encouraging and hugely positive work culture--it's inspiring to get together and collaborate with motivated people who are the best at what they do. I think that's a big reason we've been so successful. I'm truly lucky to work here.

Top two reasons I work at Stash: the team and the mission. It’s amazing to work with a group of diverse, driven, interesting people who are all equally committed to changing the world. And it is pretty incredible to work in finance and know that we are doing something to change the world for the better. (P.S. Not to get totally startup cliche, but the snacks are pretty great,
